It's a fun day out for the entire family. I'm not a fabulous skier or snowboarder and so I usually end up on my own on the bunny hill which is no fun! Suprisingly, it's also great exercise. You will need to take your own sled. We had an old fashioned taboggon, but other people had everything from plastic sauncers and tubes to wooden sleds. As it's free, there were also snowboarders practicing jumps off to one side, away from the sledders. I even saw some cross country-skiers!
